1 – What is Belo Europe Travel?

Belo Europe Travel is a tour operator based in Barcelona. We develop programs for the most important tourist points in the country, in addition to planning customized trips. Our well-trained staff, ready to assist clients at any time, arranges packages, accommodations, escorted tours and more.


2 – Where is Belo Europe Travel’s Office?

Belo Europe Travel is located in Barcelona, Spain. Our office and staff are fully equipped to assist our clients at any time.


3 – How long is Belo Europe Travel in the market?

Belo Europe Travel is part of a well establish global business with over 20 years of experience. With the other offices: Belo USA Travel in Chicago, IL, USA and Belo Brasil Tours in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil we make Belo International Tours.

We have already made history by organizing trips for exchange students from more than 60 different countries. We special in organizing trips that make foreigners forget that they are from another country, allowing them to enjoy all the best that Europe has to offer.


4 – What kind of services does Belo Europe Travel have to offer?

Belo Europe Travel offers all kinds of service to make your trip to Europe the best it can be. We arrange everything including plane tickets, accommodation, bilingual tour guides, airport transfers (in/out), meal plans, health insurance, etc. We work closely to satisfy the individual needs of all of our clients.


5 – How can I pay for my trip?

There are 2 ways:

  • Credit Card (through Eventbrite)
  • International Wire Transfer


6 – What is Belo Europe Travel refund policy?

Cancellations must be received by Belo Europe Travel in written form and must be sent by email (belo@beloeurope.com) to Belo Europe Travel.

If the participant wants to cancel the trip before it starts, he/she will pay a penalty according to the date of his/her written order to cancel the trip, read below:

  • Cancelled more than 30 days before the beginning of the trip: 10% of the trip’s price.
  • Cancelled more than 29 and 21 days before the beginning of the trip: 20% of the trip’s price.
  • Cancelled between 20 and 7 days before the beginning of the trip: 40% of the trip’s price.
  • Cancelled between 6 days or less before the beginning of the trip: 100% of the trip’s price.

 

There are no refunds, including “no-shows” or cancellations without written notice. All rates are subject to change before final payment.

Notification of late arrival is the client’s responsibility.

Unused features are non-refundable.

Belo Europe Travel recommends the purchase of accident, medical, and baggage insurance. Special cancellation conditions exist for groups and charters.

7 – Do I need a visa to visit Europe?

The necessity for a visa will depend on your country of origin. Visit http://www.doyouneedvisa.com to have more information.


8 – Do your programs have specific departure dates?

No, we run year-round programs and can customize dates according to your specific plans.


9 – If we purchase air tickets from Belo Europe Travel, will we have them mailed to us or will they be released as electronic tickets?

They will be electronic tickets. We will email these tickets to your email address.


10 – If we take a tour, will we be the only people in the party? Or will it be a guided tour with other people that we do not know?

This is completely up to you. We can arrange private tours for you and your friends, or if you prefer, we can include you in a regular tour with others. It depends wholly on your preference.
