Conference Code of Conduct
NGSE Commitee is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants, sponsors, and volunteers. NGSE Commitee is dedicated to a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter, Zoom and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Official sessions during the conference will be moderated in zoom or in person depending on conference type. Private or participant organized sessions should be appropriately moderated by the participant-organizers. Speakers are expected to respect the choices of the moderator in selecting questions or comments, managing session times, etc.
Participants are required to respect the privacy of other participants and refrain from any unauthorized or unwelcomed recording or photography. Please do not take photos of other participants in zoom to post to social media. Participants should not copy or take screenshots of Q and A or any chat room activity that takes place in the virtual space Zoom).
If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, NGSE Commitee Conference Committee asks that you inform the Conference Chair, Clarissa Medeiros at clarissa@kki.com.br, so that we can take the appropriate action.
Photo Release
I give my permission to NGSE Commitee, without obligation to me, to use any photographs, film footage, tape recordings which may include my image or voice for purposes of promoting or interpretingNGSE Commitee programs.
Cancellation
All cancellations will be charged a $25 fee to cover fees related to returned payments. Days of Notice Prior to the Annual Conference:
